Rona started out working in both the staffing as well as the recruiting industry right after she graduated from college. Not long after working as a recruiter, Rona became more interested in working directly with the different companies that actually do the hiring. After some changes to the company, Rona made the decision to leave and her previous clients helped her get started on her own.

Now, Rona works at a boutique firm that she started on her own. This gives her the ability to pursue any of the ideas that she wants.
